ITHA does not have mandatory dues, and it is powered entirely by volunteers and voluntary annual dues. 100% of your contributions fund our work including: landscaping and repairs for our mini-parks, hosting social events, communicating with our neighborhood, advocating for our neighborhood and more.
How Do I Pay My Annual Dues?
Some neighbors elect to send more than the basic level, and for this we are truly grateful.

You can send us your annual dues in one of the following ways:
By CHECK: send a check via U.S. Mail or an eCheck from your bank.
Please enclose a note with your First & Last Name(s), Home Address and Email(s)
Make your check out to "Ingleside Terraces Homes Association" or "ITHA" and include "Annual Dues" in the Memo section
